ROYAL GROUP HOTELS & RESORTS is a landmark

Revenue
Mgr:
The
person appointed as Revenue Manager will be responsible for the Pricing,
Inventory and Distribution of the 6 hotels of the Royal Group that will visit
regularly. He will be supported by a
person in charge of the distribution process, and he will be reporting to the
General Manager
The
hired candidate will have the following main tasks:
Determine
total revenue strategy working closely with the Hotel Managing Directors, and
with the sales and booking offices.
Create and
distribute Reports.
Conduct
analysis in order to modify prices, discounts and inventory allocation.
Monitor
competition with comparative analysis.
Follow the
negotiation with online travel agents.
Manage the
development of the Revenue Management software, and evaluating the
purchasing/divestment of software.
The
ideal candidate should have the following skills:
Brilliant
Degree in Business/Economics.
Relevant
experience in a revenue management department, preferably in airlines.
Excellent
ability in trend and data analysis, and flexibility to adjust strategies to
each hotels’ needs.
Excellent
computer office applications knowledge. Advanced knowledge of Excel and Visual
Basic for Excel.
Fluent
English.
Good social
skills, collaborative teaming and self-motivated.
